Here's some important information to read prior to booking your charter service or tour with us.
Booking Policies
A completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

A limited liquor licence is required to consume alcohol on board our vehicles. Application lodgement and expenses are to be covered by the client.
​
Befouling and Cleaning Fees will apply.
​
Extra charges may apply for deviations from the original quote given.
All card payments will incur a 1.8% fee & Diners, American Express. JCB cards 2%

Daytrips, Tours & Show Bookings
All entry fees, morning tea, lunch and coach fares are included in our prices unless otherwise stated.
​
While we do everything we can to run as planned, any unforeseen circumstances may mean the daytrips or tours on our website could change without notice. We do our best to provide what is advertised.
​
A completed booking form and deposit is required for tour bookings.
​
We are unable to provide refunds for Concert/Show bookings, however you can find someone to fill your place. In this instance please notify us prior to the day.
​
For overnight tours we aim to pick you up from your home where possible. If we are unable to access your home in our coach, we may ask that you come to our Greenock depot, or if you live en-route we may ask to meet you in a convenient location. This will be discussed at time of booking.
​
Please refrain from wearing perfumes, strong aftershave or other highly scented products as a lot of passengers will have adverse affects from these.
​
Please advise of any dietary requirements at time of booking where necessary.

WILLIAMSTOWN: (Ins) Williamstown Institute.

PLEASE NOTE: For overnight tours we will pick you up from your home if we are able to get there with the coach. If you live further away we will meet you where it is convenient for you and us or ask you to meet us at the bus depot.

Mystery Trips
Please note for any Mystery Trip, all attendees must either wear or bring enclosed walking shoes to avoid missing out on tours that require specific footwear.
